Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using RealMarkAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. RealMarkAI is operated by Lyons International. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

RealMarkAI provides AI-powered marketing tools for real estate agents, including listing description generation, email subject line analysis, marketing material scoring, an AI coaching assistant, and a home equity report generator.

3. Subscription and Billing

  • RealMarkAI is available for $99 USD/month after a 14-day free trial.
  • Your trial begins on signup. No credit card is required to start a trial (if applicable).
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds.
  • Billing is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe’s terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use RealMarkAI to generate false, misleading, or deceptive marketing materials
  • Input personal information about third parties (clients, prospects) into AI tools
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the service
  • Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or real estate regulations
  • Share your account credentials with others

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by RealMarkAI’s AI tools is provided as a starting point and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that requires editing before use. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any AI-generated content before publishing or distributing it. RealMarkAI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI outputs.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create using RealMarkAI. We retain ownership of the RealMarkAI platform, tools, and technology. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to provide the service to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lyons International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of RealMarkAI, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimers

RealMarkAI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your specific needs. Nothing in RealMarkAI constitutes legal, financial, or professional real estate advice.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of RealMarkAI after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
