1. Who We Are

RealMarkAI is operated by Lyons International (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide AI-powered marketing tools for real estate agents. Questions about this policy can be directed to hello@lyonsinternational.com.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information: Email address and password when you create an account.
  • Billing information: Processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number.
  • Agent profile: Name, brokerage, phone, email, website, and logo you provide in your account settings for use in branded reports.
  • Tool inputs and outputs: Content you enter into our tools (listing details, subject lines, marketing materials, chat messages) and the AI-generated results.
  • Uploaded files: Images and PDFs uploaded to MarketScore are stored in our cloud storage.
  • Usage data: Standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

3. Third-Party AI Processing

Important: Our AI tools are powered by Google Gemini.

When you use any AI-powered feature — including AI Coach, List Genius, MarketScore, and Subject Line Checker — your inputs are transmitted to Google’s Gemini API for processing. This means:

  • Your messages and inputs are processed on Google’s infrastructure.
  • Google’s API usage policies apply to data processed through our tools.
  • We strongly recommend not entering client personal information (names, addresses, financial details) into any AI tool.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and improve RealMarkAI
  • To process payments and manage your subscription
  • To send transactional emails (receipts, password resets)
  • To respond to support requests

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored with Supabase, which encrypts data at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS). Account access is protected by row-level security — no user can access another user’s data. Billing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.

Despite these measures, no system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and conversation history for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual AI Coach conversations at any time within the app. To request full account deletion, contact us at hello@lyonsinternational.com.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Canadian users have rights under PIPEDA. To exercise these rights, contact hello@lyonsinternational.com.

8. Cookies

We use session cookies required for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of RealMarkAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
